threatened and forced into prostitution, the nightmare ends for two young girls

Two compatriots had rented an apartment in the city “under the table” where they exploited two compatriots by making them prostitutes. One of the two men, a 35-year-old Albanian, has been arrested and his 25-year-old accomplice is actively sought.

In recent days the Carabinieri of the Piacenza Levante station have carried out a precautionary measure order issued at the request of the Public Prosecutor’s Office of Piacenza against the 2 under investigation because in moral and material competition with each other, with violence and threats, they favored and exploited the prostitution of two compatriots in order to take advantage of the proceeds obtained from prostitution activity.

At the disposal of the GIP of the Court of Piacenza, the Piacenza carabinieri executed the decree in Piacenza which orders precautionary custody in prison.

The investigations, initiated by the soldiers of the Piacenza Levante station and coordinated by the Public Prosecutor’s Office of Piacenza, began following a complaint presented by the residents of a condominium in which the house used by Albanian citizens had been used as a place of prostitution.
The activity completed and carried out also through telephone and environmental interceptions, supported by numerous observation and shadowing services, made it possible to ascertain that, starting at least from October 2022 and at least until April 2024, the suspects: they accompanied the two women to the “workplace” every daythey had rented – illegally – a house where they all lived together without, however, any intervening romantic relationship and where the two women were forced to carry out part of their prostitution activity.

Furthermore, the elements collected highlighted that the two suspects transported to the places of prostitution, initially only at night, then also at night, thus establishing the hours of prostitution and exposing them without fear of the winter cold and forcing them to work at an unbearable pace. Furthermore, they drove by the two women’s “pitches” to check that they were not on the phone, were not eating or had not moved away from their area, insulting them if they found them on the phone or asking for explanations if they who saw them with headphones.

Lastly, the two suspects demanded that the two compatriots also lend themselves to requests for unprotected intercourse in order to maximize earnings and not have clients taken away by other prostitutes who, according to them, carried out these practices without problems and the delivery of the entire daily takings, which constituted the only source of livelihood of the suspects, also demanding precise reporting and, often, a mandatory daily minimum .

Thus the carabinieri of the Piacenza Levante station executed the detention order they stopped the 35-year-old torturer who after the formalities was associated with the Le Novate prison in Piacenza as ordered by the judicial authority. During the search, 4,000 euros in cash, probable proceeds of the illicit activity, were found and seized.
