LATINA – The clear stance was not long in coming new general director of the Local Health Authority of Latina Sabrina Cenciarelli after the very serious one episode on Friday morning which occurred in the emergency room of the Santa Maria Goretti hospital of the Pontine capital. A 35 year old convicted felon, known to the police force for drug dealing and extortionhe had addressed death threats to doctors and nursing staff in service at that moment before being blocked in time by the Carabinieri of the Radiomobile Unit of the Latina Company who reported him with the inevitable accusations of resistance and threats to public service officials.
Dr. Cenciarelli wanted to express “our most sincere gratitude for your closeness and your constant commitment expressed by the President of the Region Francesco Rocca in guaranteeing, with the activation of concrete measures, the safety of the healthcare workers involved”.
