Sanremese Calcio announces the renewal of the contract of defender Simone Bregliano until 30 June 2025.
Born in Sanremo on 18 September 1989, central defender and, if necessary, also a right-wing pusher, Bregliano proudly wore the captain’s armband in the championship just concluded and made a total of 32 appearances.
For our Simone, who in the past also wore the shirts of Villacidrese, Carrarese, San Marino and Argentina Arma, this is the tenth season with his city’s team, the eighth in a row. In total Bregliano boasts 242 appearances in the blue and white jersey.
“I am very happy to still wear the Sanremese shirt – declares Simone Bregliano – since I came back here my sole objective has always been to bring the colors I love back to professionals. This year has been very complicated, but in the end I believe, despite the difficulties, that I have grown a lot and learned a lot, even if I am no longer a kid. I thank the club and the coach for the trust they have in me. I can’t wait for July to start training camp and training. I hope that next season Sanremo can return to fighting for the top of the table as has always happened in recent years“.
