THE FACTS

An event which due to its importance and sensitivity was immediately followed by the Anti-Mafia District Attorney’s Office of L’Aquila, in the person of the deputy prosecutor, Roberta D’Avolio, who requested the trial, recognizing the aggravating circumstance of the threats with the mafia method. In the meantime, an ad hoc joint committee had decided to apply supervision to the head physician. In the meantime, the young man who had become untraceable had been tracked down in Turin, the guest of a friend, unrelated to the protests raised by the L’Aquila DDA. The boy was subjected to a search and the investigators took away his cell phone to be analyzed by experts. Even if, according to the investigators, the boy’s belonging to the mafia world is excluded, he is under investigation for all intents and purposes with this aggravating circumstance, having himself declared that he is part of it.
