PISA – The Spring Dance Festivalorganized by Con.Cor.DA/Movimentoinactor with the support of the Ministry of Culture and the Tuscany Region, will open with the Con.Cor.DA/Movimentoinactor Company at the Teatro Nuovo in Pisa. Saturday evening May 18th will see three distinct shows on stage: “Aporias of the present” by Iolanda Del Vecchio and Silvio Sgueglia, “Balancer” of the Mandala Dance Company and “Dark Luminescences” of the ASMED Company – Ballet of Sardinia.
“Apories of the present” explores emotional corporeality, while “Balancier” reflects on the search for balance. Finally, “Oscure Luminescenze” offers an investigation into modern life and the desire for new arrivals. The artistic director of the festival, Flavia Bucciero, underlines the theme of rebirth and the search for authenticity and meaningful relationships.
The festival will continue on May 19th with the Compagnia Natiscalzi TD which will present “La timizza del wolf” and “Nebbia”.
Ticketsat a cost of €10 full and €8 reduced, they can be booked by email or telephone and will also be available at the ticket office of the Teatro Nuovo in Pisa one hour before the show.
