Tomorrow the public initiative of the Spi Cgil

Grosseto: Friday 17 May, starting from 09:30, the main hall of the Grosseto university center hosts a conference dedicated to provincial healthcare issues promoted by Spi Cgil and Foundation of the Grosseto University Centre. The event – entitled “Beautiful Maremma! But health? Territorial healthcare: the needs of the province of Grosseto” – is open to the public, and will see participation among others speakers were the health councilor of the Tuscany Region Simone Bezzini and the general director of the South East Tuscany Local Health Authority, Antonio D’Urso. Closing the proceedings was the general secretary of the Spi CGIL of Tuscany Alessio Gramolati. On this occasion, in particular, the problems of local healthcare will be analyzed – from community homes to integrated home care – and waiting lists for outpatient visits and diagnostic services.

TO Christiana Duetti, from the Spi CGIL secretariat, will moderate the debate. This will be followed by a greeting from Fulvia Marini, director of the nursing degree course. Then it will be the turn of the SPI secretary Erio Giovanelli’s introduction, followed by reports by Olinto Bartalucci on local health services; Alda Cardelli, on the problem of waiting lists; Giovanni Gentili, president of the Conference of Mayors Colline Albegna; Paola Pasqualini. President of the medical association; Marcello Giuntini, president of Coeso; Monica Pagni, CGIL general secretary; Antonio D’Urso, general director of the South-East ASL; Simone Bezzini, regional health councilor; Alessio Gramolati, secretary of the Tuscan SPI, will conclude.
