-I have been involved in politics since the eighties and at every election that concerns Castellammare I am committed to giving my contribution, not always with the candidacy. This time my presence on the list takes on a further political meaning, which goes beyond the support for the mayoral candidate Luigi Vicinanza and that is the determination to rebuild the Italian socialist party in our territory.
Why should Stabiesi citizens choose Vicinanza Sindaco?
-You should choose Vicinanza for its human and professional, as well as political, depth, because despite having been far from Castellammare in the past, he has held important roles in the Italian journalistic panorama, now making himself available to the city in a particularly difficult period, managing to make d A very broad center-left coalition agreed on its name.
To date, the most urgent problem to be solved in Castellammare di Stabia?
-There are many problems in our reality, but the one that angers us the most is the disappearance of the spa with its precious mineral waters, which must be recovered as quickly as possible by the new administration of Luigi Vicinanza. The recovery of the water, together with that of the reorganization of city transport and the reorganization of the beach and the entire municipal villa are the most urgent problems.
Your personal recipe for the common good and public affairs?
-My recipe is seriousness, generosity and maximum commitment in all city institutional bodies.
What would you like to say to citizens who are dissatisfied and disappointed by politics?
-I too am disappointed by politics and dissatisfied with the situation in Castellammare, but for the rebirth of the city not participating in the vote is not only a useless exercise, but also harmful, because it leaves a blank delegation to the usual negative protagonists, who have always determined political events. The only way to change the state of degradation is to participate, voting in the interest of the city after careful reflection and controlling the behavior of political actors.
