Revenue Agency, competition for 80 officials: positions also in Sicily

Rome – The revenue agency has published a competition for 80 human resources officials. The employment contract envisaged is indefinite and whoever is selected will be assigned to the selection, evaluation, training and development processes of human resources. The winners will be divided between the central management of Rome and the regional managements located throughout almost all of Italy. The application for participation must be submitted by June 14th.

THE NOTICE

Human resources officials, duties

HR officers will be responsible for: complex tasks within human resources management processes;
activities to identify training needs; management and planning of selection and professional development activities also through the use of assessment center and development center tools; care of personnel evaluation systems and processes.

The positions put up for competition will be distributed: Abruzzo Regional Directorate: 3 positions; Basilicata Regional Management: 2 positions; Calabria Regional Management: 4 places; Campania Regional Management: 4 positions; Emilia-Romagna Regional Management: 4 places; Friuli-Venezia Giulia Regional Directorate: 2 positions; Lazio Regional Management: 5 positions; Liguria Regional Management: 3 positions; Lombardy Regional Management: 5 positions; Marche Regional Management: 4 positions; Molise Regional Management: 2 places; Piedmont Regional Management: 4 places; Puglia Regional Management: 4 places; Sardinia Regional Management: 3 positions; Sicily Regional Management: 4 positions; Tuscany Regional Management: 4 positions; Umbria Regional Management: 3 positions; Veneto Regional Management: 4 places; Central Human Resources Management: 16 positions. The Regional Management is located in the regional capital. The place of work for the Central Human Resources Management is Rome.

The requirements

Candidates must possess the following requirements: Italian citizenship; regular position regarding military obligations; enjoyment of political and civil rights; physical fitness for employment. The selection is aimed at graduates.

The specific requirements

Candidates must have one of the following qualifications: three-year degree (L) in the following degree classes or equivalent qualification: Legal Services Sciences (L-14); Administration and organization sciences (L-16); Economics and business management sciences (L-18); Education and training sciences (L-19); Psychological sciences and techniques (L-24); Economic Sciences (L-33); Political sciences and international relations (L-36); Sociology (L-40); or: degree in law, economics and commerce, psychology, educational sciences, primary education sciences, political sciences, sociology, obtained according to the study system in force prior to Ministerial Decree no. 509/99 (old system) or equivalent title by law; or: specialist or master’s degree equivalent to the aforementioned degree diplomas as established by the interministerial decree of 9 July 2009; Those in possession of a qualification obtained abroad or a foreign qualification obtained in Italy recognized as equivalent for the purposes of participation in public competitions can also participate in the selection procedure.
