The initiative on the theme – AI – Architectural Innovations” sponsored by was held yesterday in Piazza Roma ANCE Benevento driven by Mario Ferraro and by ANCE Young entrepreneurs led by Flavian Basile, owner of OFFTEC, a company that organized the event in collaboration with the University of Sannio.
The event, included in the program of the 10th Sannio Philosophical Festival “Bewitched by Sophia” highlighted how Artificial Intelligence can support an architectural vision aimed at the daily lives of citizens, promoting a more sustainable and inclusive architecture.
“Talking about artificial intelligence in the construction sector – explained Mario Ferraro President of ANCE Benevento – is more complex than in other sectors due to the paucity of some specific data which represents the element on which Artificial Intelligence is based. However, by governing the ongoing transformation process it is possible to use AI to serve all sectors with obvious positive implications. I hope that the appointment on Artificial Intelligence can be repeated annually as part of the Philosophy festival in order to govern the ongoing transformations by putting new technologies at the service of businesses”

At the basis of the redesign of the places in which we live is the infinite quantity of data that we continuously produce even through smartphones. This is data that allows us to interpret the choices of citizens in the urban space with which they interact and allows us to formulate new paradigms for redesigning the cities of the future.
