European Union Day at the ‘Dante Alighieri’ Institute
Over thirty instrumentalists performed the European anthem
CIVITA CASTELLANA – In the gymnasium premisesThe ‘Dante Alighieri’ comprehensive institute held the European Union Daytogether with the students of fourth grades primary school, at class 1B from the lower secondary school and to the orchestra formed by the students ofthe address musicalaccompanied by their respective teachers.
The initiative was attended bycouncilor Simonetta Coletta and the school director Domenica Ripepiwho explained to the children what the founding values and democratic principles on which the European Union is basedpresenting the works that the students have created in class with the help of the teachers to indicate the various stages of the historical path of the European Union.
The students showed particularity interest and a lot of participation towards the topics exposed, especially in the final phase, when beyond thirty instrumentalists, led by professor Laura Ammannato and colleagues Mattia Esposito and Roberto Mattionithey performed theanthem of Europe.
