The council group of the Democratic Party of Busto Arsizio wrote this in a note. Starting from the email received this morning from the Municipality’s protocol with the “urgent convocation” of commission 4 “Culture, Education, Free Time, Sport, Youth Issues”.
«The object of such urgency is the approval of three minutes of 7 and 23 November 2023, as well as that of 19 April 2024 – writes the Democratic Party -. Apart from the timeliness of the approval of two minutes from last year, at least two pieces of information can be obtained from this call: with what frequency this administration discusses the issues that are the subject of commission 4; what are the “urgency” criteria used by our administrators».
«The incontrovertible fact is that the commission was necessary due to the expiry of the terms for approving the minutes», underline the dem councilors Maurizio Maggioni, Cinzia Berutti, Paolo Pedotti and Valentina Verga, speaking of «two weights and two measures».
In fact, they go on to say that «if, however, it is the Democratic Party that requests the urgent convening of a commission (see call for the PUMS analysis, requested on 23 April and convened on 10 June) is postponed for days and days.
