With 27 votes in favor and one abstention, the Terni municipal council approved the assignment to the company Terni Reti surl of the maintenance service for the properties of the municipal educational servicesthe.
The duration is twelve months. The amount is almost one hundred thousand euros to take care of a total of 4,800 square meters. 24 thousand euros are intended for ordinary maintenance, 56 thousand for extraordinary maintenance, 15 thousand euros for the maintenance of the adjacent greenery to ensure 5 cuts per year.
The properties affected are the Arcobaleno nests in Strada delle Grazie, Girotondo in Via Rossini, Rataplan in Via Narni, Cucciolo in Via del Mandorlo, Coccinella in Via Radice; the Valnerina childhood center in Collestatte, the Green room and laboratory in via XX Settembre; the Pollicino centers for boys and girls in via Varese, La Casa di Alice in via Carrara n. 9.
The assignment was necessary as the Municipality does not have the human resources to carry out direct maintenance.
Again with regard to Terni Reti, the municipal council approved, with 18 votes in favor and 10 against, to entrust the management service of the urban park of Cardeto and related properties and sports facilities, to the subsidiary Terni Reti. The offer includes the following charges to be borne by the Municipality of Terni:
32 thousand euros (excluding VAT), for the first year;
15 thousand euros (excluding VAT), for the second year;
no fee for the third year.
