Marche: the rankings of the Call to support the 2023 audiovisual production are online

The rankings of the Call to support 2023 audiovisual productionpublished last October (see factsheet).

The allocation was 7 million euros for total number of 18 companies financed for the category feature films, TV films and series.

In response to the call, 108 requests were received, 66 for the feature films, TV series and films section and 42 for the documentaries, short films and formats section.

Such a high number of applications and project quality led to the approval of an increase of 3 million euros for the advancement of the ranking. The increase in resources allows us to finance a variety of projects and address a wider range of community problems and needs, both in terms of economic impact and in terms of visibility of the territory. This flow would make it possible to give a great boost to the audiovisual sector in the Marche, activating an idirect and indirect costs in the regional territory estimated at €24,780,000 (source: Research by Cassa Depositi e Prestiti which establishes that for every euro invested in the audiovisual sector the expected economic return is €3.54, also in other economic fields), And employing approximately 600 professionals from the Marche region. Finally, the large one must be taken into account visibility for the Marche region that the production of important works will bring to the table national and international. The ranking of the documentary, short film and format projects is scheduled for release this week.

Fondazione Marche Cultura has also announced the launch of a new call before the summer.
