In the presence of the national coordinator Mauro Fananof the secretary responsible for the Complesso Sas Sergio Torchioand the deputy secretary Gianni Di Ricoin the characteristic setting of Villa Rinalducci in Fano, the annual board of directors took place from 8 to 10 May 2024 First Cisl Banco Desio Group.
The works, which were attended by trade union representatives from all the regions in which the group is present, were opened by the regional secretary First Cisl Marche Mario Raimondi and the secretary Egidio Valletta. The regional secretary of First Cisl Umbria also brought greetings from the category Francesco Marini.
The board meeting was an important moment of discussion between the union leaders to take stock of the activity carried out within Banco Desio, also in light of the important acquisitions made by the group in the last period, which have extended the presence of the institute credit in regions where it was not present.
The commitment, competence and spirit with which the management group has collaborated in recent months has produced significant growth for First Cisl, both in terms of union representation and with respect to the results obtained during the negotiation phase with the company.
To the extraordinary objective achieved by the category with the renewal of the national contract, we add the results obtained by Sas di Complesso in the constant dialogue with the company on the many issues that concern the group’s employees. Results which have allowed First Cisl to expand and strengthen its team which, also in the Marche region, thanks to the availability of Mario Alberto Rinaldihas found an important and young reference.
Great satisfaction was expressed by the secretary Sergio Torchioat the end of the work, which underlined the growth of the management group, the increasingly important rooting in the territory and the strong credibility that the company recognizes in the acronym, by virtue of the seriousness, preparation and sense of responsibility with which it operates in interest of the workers.
