On Sunday afternoon, the Como state police arrested for resistance and violence against a public official and personal injury, a 34-year-old, irregular, with a police record for crimes against the person and without a stable home.
Everything arose from the request for intervention made by an employee of theValduce car park in via Dante which reported a person locked in one of the bathrooms of the facility. The subject was already known to have repeatedly verbally harassed other users. The police officer who responded collected the descriptions and immediately started looking for the man. A few minutes were enough for the police to track down the man reported in via Aldo Moro and in proceeding to identify him they encountered a violent reaction from him.
The individual, who turned out to be an illegal Nigerian, initially reacted with insults and then quickly took action with kicks and punches, dragging the two officers to the ground, causing abrasions on their arms and legs. With a lot of effort, the police then managed to take the 34-year-old to the police station, where he was precisely identified and, once the proceedings were completed, arrested. The prosecutor on duty was notified and arranged his immediate trial.
