Reggio Calabria in the play-off final, narrowly beaten by Vibonese

Will be Reggio Calabria-Syracuse the challenge of the play-off final in group I. The amaranth team manages to beat Vibonese at the Luigi Razza, the final result 0-1 with the match goal scored by the usual Nino Barillà, still and always the decisive man.

Test of character and great depth for Trocini’s team who had only one result available compared to Buscè’s team for which even a draw would have been enough to secure the pass to the final.

The goal that unlocks and decides the match comes in the 25th minute Barilla scores, thanks to Baldan’s deviation, behind Del Bello (author of at least two excellent interventions). The second half is more difficult with Vibonese devoted to the attack in search of the qualifying goal which does not arrive.

Reward the choices of Trocini which fields a practically perfect team, capable of extinguishing the dreams of Vibonese. The delay in Trocini’s substitutions also testifies to the excellent Amaranth performance and, given the performance of the men on the pitch, he only made the second substitution in the 89th minute.

In the final the Amaranths will face Siracusa, victorious in the other semi-final 3-0 over Acireale.
