Monitoring of municipal properties, continuous activity: “Work will be useful to the new administration”

Frost. A “reset” had been anticipated in recent months and although politics is completely absorbed by the electoral campaign, the technical councilor Antonio Pizzardi is continuing to monitor the chapter of real estate that over time the municipal body has granted to private individuals, even with forms of free loan for use. The collapse of the municipality and the directives imposed by the Court of Auditors are aspects that cannot be overlooked. The municipality can no longer afford not to collect from its real estate assets. Pizzardi had pointed out cases of structures granted to private individuals or associations, without real official correspondence that could outline the details of the relationship. There was no shortage of notes forwarded to the municipal offices, originating from his department. “It’s a job that cannot be stopped – explains Pizzardi briefly – I think that what I am doing and have done will also be useful to the new administration”. Reacquiring the properties, if the conditions exist, or collecting the fees that are not paid by those who use them and in any case putting all existing relationships on paper, are inevitable steps, first and foremost for the financial balance of the Municipality.
