To improve the service to users and facilitate the citizen in carrying out the obligations related to the issuing of the Passport, the Catanzaro Police Headquarters has adopted a series of initiatives aimed at making the issuing of the same is quicker with an expansion of the opening hours and an increase in the staff assigned to the Passport Office of Catanzaro and Lamezia Terme. The passport request is made by accessing “Passport Agenda”, the online service created by the State Police which allows you to choose the day and time of the appointment. The online Agenda platform, already in use for remote bookings, has been implemented with an additional planner called Priority Agenda, a new booking channel that can be used by those who have the documented need to leave within thirty days for work, health, study or tourism and have not found a useful date to submit the request through the ordinary Agenda. Furthermore, in addition to having implemented the overall number of available appointments, the days the branches were open to the public also increased. In particular, the Passport Office of the Catanzaro Police Headquarters and that of the Lamezia Terme Police Station will also be open in the afternoon, on Wednesday and Thursday respectively. The Catanzaro Police Headquarters has also arranged for the use of staff from the National Association of State Police – ANPS of Catanzaro, to provide useful information and welcome users.
