WHEN FALSE INFORMATION WANTS TO SCHOOL
Our list starts from the thought that to do or simply say, you need to know what you’re talking about. Our belief in the “country project” is based on this assumption. A list that includes both the outgoing administration, part of the minority, and new people with new professionalism.
We are not used to filling people’s heads with stock phrases or passages from books but rather talking together with citizens, listening to their needs and requirements, translating them into the community issue and then only at this point implementing or not implementing. This is the ABC of managing a country. Saying that my administration doesn’t look at people or the territory are just statements aimed at discrediting the work of others. I am sure that the majority of citizens can deny the statements of candidate Busellato, who I regret has such a reduced and distorted vision of his country and his municipality, certainly driven by absenteeism from political life for ten years, or rather 9 years and 6 months , given that he only resurfaces for the election campaign. Our program is as ambitious as it was five years ago and will be as complete as it was last. Participation, people and environment? these are all themes implemented by this administration, which for those who did not attend the commissions as happened throughout the mandate, participation is only an electoral flag.
– People? As previously mentioned, it would be appropriate to ask the citizens the question; then coming to the environment, which includes “private interest” – and with this I make clear reference to the PGT – the data “speaks”: “Compatibility Opinion with PTCP of the PGT variant issued with Executive Decree no. 7 of 01.17.2024” where it is clear that the land consumption, for the municipality of Cavaria con Premezzo, is less than zero, i.e. compared to the PGT of 2012 (approved when Busellato was municipal councilor) and I remember that the urbanization wilderness of the country was born in 1999 with the adoption of the general variant of the PRG then definitively approved in July 2003 which authorizes the concreting of all the abandoned areas (ex Maino, ex Quadrelli, ex Sacconaghi dyeing plant, still closed for years, ex Fonderia Filiberti, area currently Famila and land in front, via Traversa di Via Macchio, central area of Premezzo, etc.) and ends in 2013, without worrying about the greenery and giving information to the population. The mayor at the time was not Zeni Franco but two people from the list currently opposed to mine have succeeded one another. In essence, with the new variant we have saved territory or safeguarded and defended the greenery. Or Province of Varese plays for TOGETHER-COUNTRY LIST? Private matter? The PGT that our Administration approved. it starts from an administration prior to mine where, in the council and in the city council, in the majority structure there were two people who currently militate on the list opposite to mine, we have validated what had been done by the previous council apart from a few minimal adjustments . So consistency?
Cementation? The exponential growth of the population, ISTAT data, starts from 2004 until 2013, the Mayor was not Zeni but…
On the plan variant issue (PGT), I wonder why the team that now accuses us of not having given the right information, in 2018 when it was published in BURL n. 14 of 4-4-2018 the “request for participatory contributions by the Municipality addressed to citizens”, preparatory to the launch of the instrument, and kept open until 2022 (therefore 4 years) the group in question did not produce any contribution , highlighting a clear disinterest in the issue, only to then present 19 observations following its adoption.
Excellent electoral propaganda but little service to the country.
As for the program that my list has set out to complete, I can guarantee that it will be based on economic and above all environmental feasibility. Absolutely nothing to do with defamation, a very fashionable weapon in this electoral campaign but which will not be accepted by us until there is at least one fact and one accuser ready to say it publicly. The cornerstones on which our program is based are: transparency, sharing, caution and protection.
Transparency as we have always implemented in the previous mandate (for the first time Cavaria with Premezzo had mixed commissions with the possibility of participation not only from the Municipal Councilors); sharing as happened in the management of the pandemic where the interaction between the various institutional and non-institutional actors, citizens and associations has led to leaving no one alone and Cavaria with Premezzo being a point of reference not only for our citizens; carefulness of how the budget was managed without leaving a cent of debt but a surplus of around 250,000 as final balance for 2023; and finally protection not understood exclusively as referring to greenery, which certainly has a primary but not unique importance, but understood as a broader whole referring to people, public property, private property and community life; safeguard which also includes public coffers by continuing along the line of intercepting tenders as we have done in these 5 years, managing to pay for more than 80% of the works with grants.
