As part of Apt Servizi’s communication activities linked to the imminent start of the Tour de France in Emilia-Romagna, in Cesenatico these days preparations are underway for many collateral initiatives for the great event, the extraordinary Cesenatico-Bologna stage which will take place on June 30th.

In recent days, a crew from the Dutch national TV Nos Nederland arrived in the city to carry out some inspections in view of the five-hour live broadcast which will be held from 9am to 2pm on 30 June, on the day of the departure of the second stage of the Grand Dèpart from Cesenatico the capital of Emilia-Romagna.

As an appetizer in Cattolica, the third appointment of the 2024 season will be held with the Press Trips organized by Apt Servizi Emilia-Romagna and Consorzio Terrabici, foreseen in the marketing, communication and promotional actions of the bike product on foreign markets and promotion of the Grand Dèpart.

On the occasion of the weekend of the ninth edition of the Granfondo Squali Cattolica, seven specialized European journalists were invited.

From Germany Thomas Terbeck of the popular periodical Road Bike Magazine (45,000 copies distributed monthly for a total of 110,000 readers) and his colleague George Zeppin of the site https://www.bike-x.de/ (1.8 million page impressions) ; from Austria the journalist and blogger Barbara Dvoran of the Viennese newspaper Der Standard (550,000 readers), from Slovakia the bike journalist Tomas Cepka with his photojournalist colleague Michal Kozmal, correspondents of the MT Biker magazine www.mtbiker.sk (270,000 readers per month), from France the editor of the magazine Cyclist France (45,000 copies per two months), and finally from the Czech Republic the specialized journalist Pavel Novotny of the Raw Cycling Magazine http://www.rawcyclingmag.com/ (25,000 copies per month and also distributed in the USA , United Kingdom and Spain).

Guests will experience firsthand the characteristics (and difficulties) of the route, participating in two guided bike tours on the routes of the first Florence-Rimini stage of the Grand Dèpart of the Tour de France on June 29th which precedes the Cesenatico-Bologna on the 30th June.
