The Udine police identify and arrest seven fugitives

The Udine Police arrested 7 people, recipients of definitive measures and tracked down, in Croatia, a 39-year-old woman, wanted in Italy for some episodes of aggravated theft.

A 25-year-old young man, an Iranian citizen, an illegal immigrant on the national territory, was tracked down because he must serve a year and 2 months in prison, as he was convicted of crimes relating to drugs.

Another Iranian, aged 28, was arrested because he must serve a residual sentence of 9 months, as he belongs to a transnational association dedicated to aiding illegal immigration to Italy from the Balkan countries.

A 36-year-old Romanian citizen was arrested to serve a prison sentence of 4 years and 5 months for drug-related crimes, aggravated theft and family abuse.

Two Afghan citizens, illegally in Italy, aged 34 and 29 respectively, must serve a prison sentence of 2 years and 2 months for the first and 3 months for the second, for drugs. Last May 3, in Lovran, Croatia, the local police executed the European arrest warrant issued following the detention order issued by the General Prosecutor’s Office at the Court of Appeal of Trieste, against a 39-year-old Croatian citizen .

He must serve a sentence of 2 years and 6 months in prison for a series of predatory events committed between 2015 and 2020.
