At the same time as the recovery, restoration and re-functionalization works of the cemetery structures and infrastructures, this Administration has already begun a complete monitoring of the burials granted to private individuals and any relevant areas, in order to verify their status and formal and structural conditions. ; the intention is in fact that of the total restoration of the standards of cleanliness, functionality and decorum in all cemetery areas, with particular attention to the sections subject to protection restrictions for historical, artistic and monumental assets.
In light of the above, users are informed that all cemetery furnishings of all types and sizes that are not specifically provided for in the concession deed or that have not been duly authorized by this Office must be removed immediately by them.
Starting from June 1st, all unauthorized furnishings that have not yet been removed by the interested users will be removed and disposed of.
In this last case, we reserve the right to proceed with the recovery of the costs incurred for removal and disposal and to apply any sanctions.
The above also concerns the burial fields and common ossuaries, from which all unauthorized furnishings must therefore similarly be removed; from the aforementioned date, removal and disposal will be carried out automatically with the consequences specified above.
