Surprise, the winner of Beijing Express, Andrea Belfiore, arrives at the Pope John XXIII Center. It promises to be an unmissable event, two days of homemade pasta and solidarity in his Ancona, the city where Belfiore was born and raised. The cook and drummer from the Brecce Bianche neighbourhood, adventure companion (on Sky) of Joe Bastianich (now on ´The Island of the Famous´), will be at the Papa Giovanni Center in via Madre Teresa di Calcutta both on Friday (17 May) and Saturday (May 18th) to cook with the Fricchiò kids and with anyone who wants it. Belfiore will bring the ´pasta making party´ to Ancona, a format that sees him as a protagonist all over the world (especially in the United States, where he lives) and which has marked the success of his company Ciao Evento, which has become a leader in this sector. Belfiore has recently arrived in Italy also because in two days he will perform in Pordenone, for the ´TedXPordenone´ event, where he will bring a monologue performing on stage. Andrea, 38 years old, very attached to his city, is known by the general public for having teamed up with Bastianich – team “The Italian Americans” – in the much followed reality show which saw them triumph, after having traveled with tenacity and determination through India, Malaysian Borneo and Cambodia. The most Italian American from Ancona there is often returns here, where his family lives.
