Graham Potter continues to be a name on the Milan bench. The coach, currently under contract with Chelsea, had been investigated in recent months, so much so that his identikit had already been linked to the Rossoneri in February. Obviously the English club would leave him free, considering that he has signed a five-year contract and, in fact, still has three years left (until 30 June 2027). Potter has become the most expensive manager in the history of football, given that the Blues had spent around 23 million euros to release him from Brighton, exceeding what Bayern Munich paid to secure the signature of Julian Nagelsmann. Curious how both were then sacked during the current season.
Ajax is also on Potter, who considers it the first name for the bench. It remains to be understood what Potter’s intention will be also by virtue of the rich agreement that still binds him to Chelsea.
The other names: Moncada is pushing for Paulo Fonseca author of two more than decent years at Lille, but it is a name that neither Ibrahimovic nor Furlani warms up much. Sergio Conceicao also remains on track, who could free himself from Porto after the election of André Villas Boas. Mendes has been working with the Rossoneri for a few weeks.
