Following the adoption of the Metropolitan Territorial Plan, which took place with Resolution of the Metropolitan Council n. 22 of 04/17/2024, all the documents have been published on the institution’s website, on the page https://www.cittametropolitana.fi.it/piano-territoriale-metropolitano-dotta/. The Plan had already been presented in the Metropolitan City on 12 March in the presence of all the actors involved in its drafting, in particular the metropolitan Municipalities, and subsequently on 12 April to the professional associations and colleges.
The experimentation undertaken by the Metropolitan City of Florence intends to configure the document as a flexible, agile and intelligent “framework plan”, in the direction of a propulsive and complementary planning approach with respect to the territorial transformation and governance policies adopted by the Municipalities. For this reason, within 90 days following the date of publication on the Burt, anyone interested will be able to consult the documentation and submit observations and proposals.
The notice relating to the adoption of the Ptm will be published in the Official Bulletin of the Tuscany Region: within 90 days following the date of publication on the BURT anyone interested will be able to consult the documentation and submit observations pursuant to the art. 19 of LR 65/2014.
