He beats his partner who works in the hospital and when he returns to finish settling the accounts he finds the policemen who arrest him. The handcuffs were placed on a 50-year-old from Civitavecchia, accused as reconstructed by the officers of having violated article 572 of the Penal Code or mistreatment in the family.
The events took place a few days ago in the obstetrics department of San Paolo where the 48-year-old works.
Here the ex-partner showed up and, after having her called and go out into the hall, a violent altercation took place here. According to what the woman reported, he hit her with punches and slaps.
She had nothing left to do but go down a few floors and be referred to the emergency room of the same hospital, from which she received a few rounds of prognosis.
In the meantime, police officers were called and, once they arrived, they convinced her to file a complaint. The reason for the dispute would be the management of the last of the four children the couple had which, according to the man, she would prevent him from seeing.
The 50-year-old, however, after the beatings, promised that he would return to the department and he did not appear to have the will to clarify, on the contrary. It seems that his intentions were just as bellicose as his previous ones. Armed with the newly certified complaint, they also arrived at the Obstetrics Department where, putting the staff in difficulty, he demanded to see his ex-partner again.
Among other things, visits from relatives were underway in the ward and therefore it created embarrassment for the various people present at that moment and ultimately caused further tantrums. “I’ll stay here until she arrives” he would have said but instead of the ex he found the officers who handcuffed him and proceeded with the deferred arrest. According to what we learn, it is the first episode of this severity for the 50-year-old, which however still made him end up in the safety rooms of the offices in Viale della Vittoria awaiting the judge’s decision.
