The second edition of the Together Green Festival, organized by ToGether Associazione Tozzi Green ODV and this year dedicated to the theme “Sustainability in its three dimensions: social, economic and environmental”.
A day that will alternate events, book presentations, debates and music with the aim of thinking together on the issues of environmental sustainability. To close the afternoon, the free concert by the Jabel Kanuteh-Marco Zanotti extendend quartet, which will perform at 6pm,
Plan:
3pm. Round table with local associations on the topic of sustainability and exchange of good practices.
3.45pm. Presentation of the book “A just transition” with the author Lia Montalti, regional councilor
4.15pm Presentation of “Fango”, the comic book about the flood in Sant’Agata, with the author Valerio Bianchi.
4.45pm. Book presentation “Pole Pole”, bicycle trips through Africawith the author Alessandro Barbisan.
5.30pm Interview with Franco Belletti, President of the New Children’s Village.
5.45pm Reading by Agata Lo Rizzo on a text that concerns sustainability
6pm Concert by Jabel Kanuteh-Marco Zanotti (extended quartet)

With the word “sustainability” today we immediately think of the environment, the ecological crisis, the disasters that man causes, the damage committed against nature. In truth, there is no such thing as an environmental crisis taken out of context from everything else. We must broaden the horizon to understand that it goes hand in hand with the social crisis. For this reason, interventions aimed at “cleaning up” the excesses of pollution, carbonisation and out-of-control waste are not only necessary, but it is essential to approach the issue of man with an integrated approach capable of fighting against poverty, restoring dignity to people men while preserving nature. The world is our common home. Everyone’s lifestyles are the grain of sand capable of moving the world. Alone we can do nothing. We always need allies, travel companions, new experiences that give us the strength to join together in an “Us”. And then, every gesture, every small gesture becomes a piece of the mosaic.
