Olbia. As reported on the website of the Municipality of Olbia, in the notice board Mayor Settimo Nizzi announces that he presented, on 21 December 2023, to the Environmental Impact and Impact Assessment Service (VIA service), the request to start the proceedings Fear (Single regional environmental provision) of the Olbia and its waters project – Hydraulic risk mitigation works and recovery of the city’s relationship with its rivers and the release of the EIA provision (Environmental Impact Assessment). The EIA Service, pursuant to art. 8, paragraph 8 of the Regional Directives approved with Regional Council Resolution 11/75 of 2021, ordered the carrying out of the public consultation in the forms of public inquiry, which will be held on 28 May 2024 at 4.00 pm at the Archaeological Museum of the City of Olbia – Via Isola Peddone.

The observations they can be submitted from the date of publication of the notice and up to the twentieth day following the date of the investigation. “The public consultation is a fundamental moment, for this reason we hope for maximum participation” states Mayor Settimo Nizzi.
