Between the two teams, RisoScotti will come out on top and win the semi-final, after a hard-fought match from the first to the last minute of the match.

The match, as expected, was very close from the first second and initially the defenses greatly prevailed over the very reluctant attacks.
After a few minutes, however, RisoScotti Pavia, also thanks to the field factor, began to gain confidence in their abilities.
In fact, for the home team, the intensity increases considerably, but above all the finishing touches on the offensive side increase, which for the first moment hurt Siena very badly as they find themselves trailing 16-6.
Towards the end of the quarter however, in order not to immediately compromise the match, Siena returns to the game with excellent shots, effectively shortening the distance at the end of the first quarter: 25-20 in favor of the Pavesini team.
An even more daring second half for RisoScotti
The second half broadly continues along the lines of the first. Compared to the great attacking performances seen in the first part of the match, the defenses, which played a fundamental role throughout the match, are starting to make room for themselves.
In fact, in this period, the quantity of shots taken, but above all of baskets scored, decreases considerably.
The first half therefore ends with a super three-pointer from Gravaghi which brings his team to a temporary +8 over their opponents: (42-34).
Upon returning from the changing rooms, RisoScotti Pavia, thanks also to a break that allowed them to regenerate as best as possible, restarted very well compared to Siena who continued to struggle.
The rossoblù, especially in attack, continue to hurt a Virtus Siena team in obvious difficulty. Pavia continues to produce good actions and thanks to the extraordinary Gravaghi-Spatti duo, it reaches a very favorable +14. (66-52)
In the last quarter, decisive in order to determine who will be able to access the semi-final, Siena completely changes its approach to the match and thanks to a somewhat superficial Pavia manages to recover points and take a 9-point deficit.
Coach Cristelli’s boys, however, are excellent at managing moments of high pressure and avoid a comeback by Siena. thus taking home a very high intensity match 86-73.
