The Legnano wins 3-1 in the house of Virtus Ciserano and concludes in the best possible way a championship with a fluctuating path and full of pitfalls, with Zattarin’s lilacs thus positioning themselves in 16th place in the standings with 42 points. A good performance from the Legnano team this afternoon, which highlighted the talent of some players and also the character of a group that was able to remain united and compact in many difficult moments of the season. After a first half with the slow pace and few scoring opportunities created, anything happens in the second half. At 4′ of second half Bardelloni unlocks the match on a penalty kick, and after 2 minutes Serafini doubles the lead. Shortly afterwards, in the 12th minute, Virtus Ciserano reopened the match with Nessi, who did well to score on the rebound of the penalty kick missed by Bertoli and saved by Mazzi. At the end of the match, Valerio Todaj scored again after his brace last week, also a tap-in after another penalty missed this time by Bardelloni. The Lilacs finish the championship well and will therefore prepare for the play-outs, with the aim of remaining in Serie D also next season
