So that age stereotypes that predict that you, with that number, must behave in a certain way and avoid certain things are overcome. This also applies to work: there are jobs that if you are 45-50 years old you already cannot access. The message is therefore a message of inclusion with respect to age, which is often a topic that remains outside of major debates on inclusion.”
