MONTECCHIO (Reggio Emilia) – On Sunday 5th and Monday 6th May from 10am to 7pm the medieval Castle of Montecchio will host the third edition of “Fermento Emilia”, the exhibition of artisanal, natural, organic and biodynamic wines from the Emilian valleys organized by Naturally Emilia. The Emilian wine artisans present their productions during a two-day market exhibition with a wine tasting stand, guided tastings, round tables and in-depth analysis. Around forty wineries from all over the Emilian territory will be present, with wine tasting proposals, as well as a rich calendar of thematic tastings, debates and round tables on the cultural and social value of the agricultural world today.
In the Castle garden there will also be a food area, with various proposals for Emilian cuisine such as stuffed pasta, cured meats and much more.
