TERNI – “Equal by Constitution, story of an unfinished utopia from 1948 to today”. The essay, published by Feltrinelli, by the director of the Revenue Agency, Ernesto Maria Ruffini, lawyer and collaborator with newspapers and magazines on numerous current affairs and tax policy issues, is presented in a special event, at the Bct in Terni, at 11 am, 30, Saturday 4 May.
The volume, which has a preface by the President of the Republic, Sergio Mattarella, is an analysis of the texts of the founding fathers of the Republic, the preparatory works, the various decisions, to retrace one of the most interesting debates of the dawn of the Republic and which throws a special light on the birth of the Constitutional Charter.
But the event is also an opportunity to present to the public a new group from Terni, which promises to be very lively, the cultural association Terni tomorrow.
The journalist Marco Brunacci will dialogue with the author of the essay, Ernesto Maria Ruffini. Stefania Severi, lawyer, will introduce the meeting.
