The workshops are aimed at teachers, support teachers and educators but also at simple technology enthusiasts.Online teaching” organized by Didacta Service in collaboration with Google For Education scheduled on 7 and theMay 8th next, respectively at the “Tommaso Campanella” State High School in Lamezia Terme and the“Giovanni Malafarina” Technical Institute of Technology in Soverato.
We will talk about teaching in an increasingly hyper-connected world, where the distinction between being online and offline no longer exists. During the meetings, the potential of Google apps that exploit artificial intelligence on different types of devices (Samsung and Apple) and operating systems (Chrome, Android and iOS) will be illustrated.
The theme will then be explored from an educational point of view by the writer and school pedagogist Stefano Rossi, one of the most loved lecturers and one of the leading experts in cooperative teaching and emotional education of children and young people at risk. Over the last twenty years he has trained more than 800 schools on the tools of emotional education and has created projects to combat school dropout which have merged into the Rossi Method of Cooperative Teaching®, of which he directs the Centre. He has written and edited around thirty school textbooks. He has published the bestsellers My son is a mess (2022), Love lessons for a son (2023) and, for girls and boys, If you don’t believe in yourself, who will? (2024).
At the end of the workshop, a certificate of participation recognized by the workshop will be issued Ministry of Education and Merit in compliance with the provisions of Directive 170 of 21 March 2016.
