MANTUA – It’s official, Sunday May 5th at 5.30 pm Mantova will play the first Super Cup match against Cesena at the Martelli. Juve Stabia, on the other hand, is at rest. The May 12th the team that did not play the match on the first day and the loser of the latter match will face each other or, in the event of a draw, the team that was the host team on the first day. The May 19th third match between the two teams that did not face each other on the first and second days.
At the end of each match, three points will be awarded in case of victory, one point in case of draw and zero points in case of defeat. In the event of a tie between two or more teams, the following will be taken into account in order to define their respective rankings at the end of the Competition:
a) the goal difference in the “Group 3” matches;
b) the highest number of goals scored in the “Group 3” matches;
c) the highest number of goals scored in the away match of the “Group 3”.
If, following the application of the above criteria, a tie situation remains, the respective position in the ranking will be determined by drawing lots.
