BRINDISI – Thousands of passengers wandering the streets of Brindisi, on a Monday marked by the landing of two cruise ships. This morning (Monday 29 April), on the quay of Costa Morena east, the “Celebrity Constellation” of the US company Celebrity Cruises made its first mooring, with 2086 passengers and 963 crew members, controlled by the Royal Caribbean group. Coming from Messina, the Celebrity will touch Brindisi 11 more times, as part of the “Best Of Italy & Croatia” itinerary.
On board the ship, the exchange of crests took place between the commander and the president of the Southern Adriatic Sea Port System Authority, Ugo Patroni Griffi.
The MSC Sinfonia is scheduled to arrive at 4pm, like every Monday. The ship will moor in the internal port, with 2241 passengers, 335 of whom have chosen to end their journey in Brindisi, while there will be 310 passengers on board. In total, there will be 1906 transits. However, there are 737 crew members. Of these, 4 will disembark in Brindisi, while 2 employees will join their colleagues on board by embarking from the Messapian port. The ship will leave at 10pm for Myconos.
