Last day for the week edition of “Tuscany in your mouth” the food and wine event organized by Confcommercio Pistoia Prato and which features over 30 local restaurateurs.

Between gourmet dishes and great classics of Tuscan cuisine, Pistoia has returned to the center of the cultural debate on food and wine, a fundamental driver for the economy and tourism of the region.

A public success also on the last day, satisfaction expressed by many restaurateurs who during this long weekend of April 25th doubled their efforts, not only within the event, but also in their usual catering activity.

But Tuscany in the mouth was not just a restaurant point, there were many meetings that put food at the center of a cultural debate thanks to the numerous guests, starting from the food influencer Federico Fuscawith the Michelen star Claudio Sadler which brought to the stage a meeting between Italian tradition and modern cuisine, up to the meeting with the anthropologist Marco Aime and the closing in grand style with an exceptional guest of honor, the Umbrian chef GIORGIONEfamous for his story about genuine and enjoyable food.
