Second day of competitions in the Amantea Palasport for the U17 futsal selection, coached by Mister Antonio Spina at TdR 2024 against CR Sardegna. Victory is essential! Very first minutes with Molise looking for redemption, considering the negative first day against Sicily which didn’t do them any good. Another island, another match with Molise U17 who must give everything. Mr. Spina’s selection tries with Traino in the 2nd minute who, almost in the area, tries the launch, but the ball ends up beyond the left post. Molise immediately believes in it and scores the goal with the CLN CUS Molise Oriente winger who, on the right wing, receives well and sends it into the sack with an excellent and powerful shot, thus breaking the deadlock. The thrill for Molise arrives in the 6th minute with Nastasi from Sardinia, but his shot hits the top corner.
The Molise players’ contrasts in the area were excellent and did not give way to the selection of the best twelve: Sardinia intent on equalizing the score.
Molise tries with the brilliant Oriente who directs the ball into the bag from distance in the 6th minute, scoring his brace. In the 7th minute Molise scores again with Galuppo on a free kick: the powerful bomb in mid-air leaves goalkeeper Dessì speechless, who lets it in above his head. Excellent performances by Marcantuono from Molise between the posts who defends the shields well, masterfully stopping the balls, some of which are hot from the opposing pivots. Sardinia responds from the right in the area with Nastasi in the 12th minute, but his attempt goes past the post to the left of the Molise goalkeeper. The fourth goal of tranquility arrives with Micozzi in the 13th minute who tries the launch from distance: his saber crosses the net, completely displacing goalkeeper Dessì. But Molise’s scoring doesn’t stop with the fourth goal which arrives in the 14th minute: the talented Galuppo catches the ball well from the throw, scoring his brace, the fifth of the match. Sardinia’s weak attempts at the flag goal were also thwarted in the waning minutes by an excellent Molise rearguard, seeing Molise’s Traino in the 16th minute, but his shot hit the woodwork squarely. In the 17th minute the Sardinian goal came, with Taccori catching goalkeeper Marcantuono off guard from a free kick. As the clock expires, the second lucky goal arrives on the relaunch of goalkeeper Muscas, who, playing on the inattention of the Molise goalkeeper, hits the goal. Teams in the locker rooms with the result 5-2 for Mister Spina’s beautiful Molise. The very first minutes of the second half marked by Molise’s sixth goal, which came with the Arcadia Termoli C5 Traino pivot, who seized the moment and, with a powerful bomb, sealed the result. Free kick in the 4th minute in favor of Sardinia: Nastasi tries but the brilliant Molise defense responds and deflects without worries. Di Genova del Torremaggiore’s action was interesting in the 10th minute, but his lash did not catch the goalkeeper Zuddas unprepared. Molise believes in it to the end and does so with the talented Oriente in the 13th minute who, free in the area, passes and firmly scores his hat-trick, the seventh of the match. Nice game with a great Molise on the pitch. The final blow arrives in the 14th minute: very free in the area, Di Genova lashes out, missing the goal of the eighth goal of a surprising Molise team who gave their opponent little breathing space. The attempts at the end of the Sardinian Nastasi who takes full advantage of the skill of goalkeeper Marcantuono are not enough to change the fate of a match dominated by Molise who won, convinced and amazed at the Palasport of Amantea. Second day of competitions in the Amantea Palasport for the U15 futsal selection, coached by Mister Marsella at TdR 2024 against CR Sardegna. The victory was fundamental for the much hoped for access to the Quarter Finals.
The very first minutes of the game with Molise determined to immediately achieve the three points in the standings, which are fundamental for the continuation of the journey to the TdR 2024 C5. In the 2nd minute the U15 selection from Molise responds with a free kick: Brunetti takes it, serving Giuditta who takes the Sardinian goalkeeper’s hands right away. The first handful of minutes were very balanced with a high tactical rate on the pitch by the two selections who made little mistakes.
The incursions and exploits of goalkeeper Scarpitti were excellent and he defended his board well. In the 5th minute the Sardinian Congia shows up, but the rebound from the Chaminade goalkeeper prevails. He continues to attack Sardinia with Congia, but the skilled Scarpitti responds with prowess. The first goal for CR Sardegna arrives with Congia in the 7th minute who believes in it, passes, receives and scores bringing his team to 1. He tries the Sardinian selection again with Corrias in the 9th minute from the edge of the area: the ready player is the one to receive Scarpitti that closes without problems. Molise shows up in the area with Doria, but his central strike doesn’t scare Nocco, who makes it safe. The Molise reds performed well, in front of a Sardinia hungry for goals. Molise wakes up from the initial torpor and responds with the first goal of the match: Pietropaolo in the 12th minute from the right, almost at the limit, unleashes a beautiful and very precise shot, unthinkable for goalkeeper Nocco. Molise again, after a few seconds, with Doria serving the Arcadia Termoli pivot Pietropaolo, but his imprecise shot finds Nocco’s hands. With a different and more motivated Molise, the referee blows the whistle for the end of the first half of the game. Teams in the locker rooms with the result 1-1. Second half of the game with Molise who must give everything to change the mathematics of the match and they do so with Marsella who, from distance on a free throw in the 2nd minute, scores the second goal. After a few seconds, Mr. Marsella’s Molise again extends the pace and does so with the Adriatica pivot Campomarino Brunetti in the 3rd minute who, with mastery, directs a perfect ball, beating goalkeeper Nocco in height. First few minutes of high pace and good game: Sardinia responds in the 4th minute with a goal from Garia who, taking advantage of a lack of attention, shortens the pace. Sardinia 2 vs Molise 3. Molise U15 believes in it and completes the overtaking in the 9th minute: assist from Foligno and Doria who, in an excellent central position, receives and displaces Nocco, putting the ball in the bag. Sardinia responded and scored the third goal with Perra in the 10th minute who scored the goal from distance that reopened the match. Giuditta’s excellent feats in defense were not enough to stop the Sardinians’ equalizing goal which however came in the 12th minute with Bellu. Foligno’s missed attempt as the clock winds down brings no result in favor of Molise U15, who concludes their second day with a draw. 4-4 the final result. The victory of the April 27, 2024 against Liguria, in the Palazzetto of Lamezia Terme to continue dreaming.
