Citizen’s File, first verification with the DTD in Bologna

In addition to Lepida and various regional bodies, some technicians from the Veneto Region, the Municipality of Padua and the supplier Municipia also participated in the meeting, for a comparison of ideas and innovation in terms of digital transformation.

On February 14th, a meeting took place in Bologna with the Department for Digital Transformation to illustrate the technical activities for adapting the regional platform Citizen’s Fileused by local authorities to apply for funding measure 1.4.1 PNRR.

The purpose of the meeting was to carry out an initial verification of what had been achieved, in terms of compliance with the requirements of the notice. In particular, the test was conducted through the analysis of the site of the Municipality of Castel D’Aiano, of the Union of Municipalities of the Bolognese Apennines.

In addition to Lepida and various regional bodies, some technicians from the Veneto Region, the Municipality of Padua and the supplier Municipia also participated in the meeting, for a comparison of ideas and innovation in terms of digital transformation.

The topics of comparison and the checks concerned both components subject to certification: informed citizen and active citizen. The results were very positive, highlighting that the work carried out is in line with what the tender foresees, and in several cases even much more innovative and complete, confirming the full collaboration between Lepida, DTD, the Emilia-Romagna Region and its bodies.
