Egr. Director,
My wife and I, from direct experience, also associate ourselves with the prof. Dino Clemente Trezza in praising the entire staff of the pneumology department of the Varese district hospital. First and foremost, Dr. Cinzia Gambarini, always present and attentive towards patients. It is certainly thanks to her that the department is so well organized and professionally structured.
I would also like to truly thank Dr. Maria Luisa Ortelli who, in twos and twos, went out of her way to find my wife a bed in the ward and to have a support corset delivered to her room directly from the orthopedic shop.
I am also very grateful to Dr. Anna Laura Facchini for her scrupulousness during a check-up and a small outpatient operation carried out by Dr. Giuditta Riganti.
These are the doctors that everyone hopes to meet when their health is no longer good: attentive, professionally trained but, above all, empathetic and who put people in fragile conditions at ease and reassure them; as if we had known each other forever.
