It will be disputed Tuesday April 23 in Tuscanyat Nencioni Service to Monteroni d’Arbia (SI)the sixth of the 9 regional stages of Pizza Bit Competitionthe race for i professional pizza chefs designed by Molino Dallagiovanna in collaboration with Red shrimp, the first multimedia publishing group in Italy in the Wine Travel Food sector. At stake is the title of “Dallagiovanna Pizza Ambassador 2025”, the official face of Molino for the pizza sector in Italy and around the world.
Pizza Bit Competition is structured in several phases. It starts with the 9 regional competitions which will continue until mid-May to then give space to 3 semi-finals, scheduled for July on the beaches of three tourist locations (1 in the North, 1 in the Center and 1 in the South). To find out the name of the winner we will have to wait until September when the competition will take place very final at the Molino Dallagiovanna headquarters in Gragnano Trebbiense (PC) during the Granai Festival.
In each of the regional competitions 15 pizza chefs among the 135 selected throughout Italy they compete to access the semi-finals. The 3 pizza chefs who obtain the highest score go through. The comparison takes place on the realization of the Classic Plated Pizza. The competitors are evaluated by a technical jury made up of industry experts, bloggers and journalists including representatives of Gambero Rosso. The jurors in their ballot must assign a score to dough recipe, presentation of the final dish, taste And professionalism of the candidate but also also at skills communicative of pizza chefs.
