“In recent days, collaboration has been renewed with the founding bodies of the Foggia Fair – Chamber of Commerce and Province – who, through their presidents, Damiano Gelsomino for the Chamber of Commerce e Giuseppe Nobiletti for the Province of Foggia, they ensured support for the organisation’s organizational and management activities”. “Present at the meeting was the councilor of the Municipality of Foggia with delegation to the trade fair body Lucia Aprilewhich for months has been contributing to the relaunch of the Foggia Fair Authority in a proactive and proactive manner. In agreement with the other founding members of the Fair Authority, the International Agricultural Fair will not take place on the initially scheduled dates (from 28 April to 1 May), but will take place with dates being rescheduled.
Given the desire to give a voice to operators in the sector – also to be able to better support their needs in the organization of the next editions of the Agricultural Fair, it was intended to define a program of conferences and workshops entitled Agri Future Daysat the service of the world of agriculture, in which topics that have been indicated as priority or innovative by the operators in the agricultural world themselves will be covered: water supply, precision agriculture, innovation and development of energy resources in the agricultural field, social agriculture.
Furthermore, it is news from a few days ago unblocking of works on the Corso del Mezzogiorno construction sitewhich will resume in the next few weeks to be completed in a reasonable period of time and which will finally allow the full efficiency of the Exhibition Center within this year given the expected delivery of the works for the new entrance
With a view to collaboration between the Founding Members and the Fair Body, having consulted the trade associations and assessed the imminent resumption of work, the opportunity has been reached to reschedule the International Agricultural Fair to a date that allows us to offer the city a event that renews the glories of the past and the expectations of the present. The organization and the founding members are working to define a new calendar, in order to create an event suited to the renewed efficiency of the Exhibition Centre”.
