Cesena has already started planning for the future after having achieved promotion to Serie B well in advance with the sporting director Fabio Arctic who in recent weeks has maintained increasingly frequent contact with the property – John Aiello And Anthony Scotto – waiting for the two American entrepreneurs to land in Italy in a week.
