Sunday 21 April 2024 it will be “Ferrara Day” with “The Legend of American Cars” exhibition and parade of over one hundred American cars in the historic center. The event, organized by the Studio Borsetti Agency and the American Brothers Bologna US Cars Club, is sponsored by the Municipality of Ferrara.
The event was presented today in a press conference by the municipal Councilor for Tourism and the organizers: Nicola Borsetti of Studio Borsetti srl and the members of the board of directors of American Brothers Bologna US Cars asd Gian Luca Ricci and Luca Ferrari. Also present were Rosanella Maranini from Aci Ferrara and Manuela Sarasini from the Ferrara-Ravenna Chamber of Commerce.

The beauty of American cars intertwines with that of the city of Este: an event that allows you to admire the most beautiful examples of American cars up close. A truly exclusive and spectacular “traveling museum” of cars that have left an indelible mark on the global automotive scene and have represented and continue to represent a specific lifestyle. Cars that through photos, books, magazines and films have definitely entered the hearts of everyone (collectors, enthusiasts and otherwise) and which can finally be admired up close by citizens of Ferrara and tourists in the exhibition space in Piazza Castello.
Specifically, the event showcases an array of beautifully maintained classics, moderns, hot rods, muscle cars and other vehicles, ranging from vintage models from the 1950s to the most powerful and impressive muscle cars just hitting dealerships.
Before leaving Ferrara, each participating car becomes the protagonist of an unforgettable parade embellished by the official presentation to the public on the “red carpet” of Piazza Savonarola.
The initiative is sponsored by the Municipal Administration of Ferrara, the Chamber of Commerce of Ferrara and Ravenna and the ACI Ferrara.
Special applause is reserved for all the numerous protagonist participants.

PLAN:
9.30 am: meeting of all participants at the Ferrara Nord toll booth exit of the A13 Bologna-Padova motorway (parking area).
10.00 am: departure of the procession of American cars for the historic center of Ferrara, parading along the route of the historic 1000 Miglia and admiring the ancient walls, Corso Ercole I d’Este, Palazzo dei Diamanti, Castello Estense.
10.30 am: entry into the historic center and arrival in Piazza Castello, registration and accreditation at the American Brothers Bologna US Cars/Studio Borsetti hospitality area, breakfast, opening of the car exhibition to the public for the whole day in the exclusive setting of the Estense Castle .
1.00 pm: welcome bubbles and lunch in the suggestive internal courtyard of the former Stock Exchange building in front of the Estense Castle, awards ceremony in the presence of authorities, media and the board of directors of American Brothers Bologna US Cars.
3.00 pm: visit the city independently or through special tourist itineraries accompanied by a guide upon reservation.
5.30 pm: final parade, official presentation with speaker of all the cars on the “red carpet” of Piazza Savonarola, greetings to the public and departure towards Corso Martiri della Libertà towards Teatro Comunale Claudio Abbado, exit from the city.
