Great work for the center-left coalition that supports the PD mayoral candidate Nicola Dellapasqua in the local elections on Saturday 8 and Sunday 9 June. Yesterday morning, in addition to Nicola Dellapasqua, there were Luigi Tosiani, regional secretary of the Emilia Romagna Democratic Party and Marco Croatti, senator and regional coordinator of the 5 Star Movement and with them the representatives of the coalition lists, i.e. the Savignano Insieme civic list, the Democratic Party , the 5S Movement, the Left for Savignano and the Pact for Savignano. Returning to the meeting on Friday evening, Nicola Dellapasqua said that no one thinks that Savignano can live off tourism: “Savignano needs to keep the community together also from an identity point of view and the planning revolves around the historic Rubicone river also with sporting events. So first of all there is the renovation of Piazza Castello as a large open-air museum and no more parking. We have acquired the old Torrione and we will renovate it as an identity point of the old Castle”. Matteo Gozzoli underlined the importance of the Union of Rubicone Mare Municipalities: “Savignano is in the middle, it is the gateway to the hill. From Savignano there are a few kilometers to reach the Apennine ridge and the sea. We are watching the birth with interest of the Compito archaeological park with the link road connecting to the Valle del Rubicone toll booth of the A14”. Massimo Bulbi continued underlining the importance of a territory united with tourism, gastronomy and sport. Councilor Andrea Corsini concluded by saying that the attention that the mayoral candidates place on the cultural and tourist contents of the area is increasingly greater and the Si Fest, the photography festival, is an example of this. Yesterday morning the Allende room was packed with people to see and listen to the various councilor candidates who were presented by the various spokespersons: Alessio Tomei for the “Savignano Insieme” list, Emma Carichini (Pd), Roberto Censi (M5S), Veronica Verlingeri ( Left for Savignano) and Diego Angeloni and Graziana De Palma (Pact for Savignano). Then concluded Nicola Dellapasqua: “In these ten years as deputy mayor I have learned enough to administer the city. I am not a man of providence and I never will be. We need a great team to guide the community of Savignano because one person alone cannot do Nothing”.
