CASERTA – In the beginning there were the competitions of the Province. There they “took” 70% Giovanni Zannini and 30% Giorgio Magliocca.
There were those who were very angry at the outcome Paolo Marzo. But not because he had recommended someone or more than someone, but because Giovanni Zannini had poked his nose into the balance of the Caserta city council.

But Zannini took it calmly because he knew well that he had 95% of the seats in this province. Given that Giorgio Magliocca, as the famous video from last summer showed, acts as his political foil butler.
In fact, to be honest, they divided the tasks. Zannini controls everything that needs to be controlled regarding competitions and assignments, Magliocca essentially deals with tenders, with which she works in co-interest with Marcellus
De Rosa, not surprisingly appointed his deputy.
The fact is that March’s appeal did not smile much at the latter. Massimo Russo he immediately said that he was with Zannini, seeing as he had satisfied him with that Cicia from Caserta, linked to Russo himself, in Land of Work.
Emiliano Casalewho, mistakenly, believes that allying himself with Zannini strengthens his position for run for mayor of Caserta, he began to frequent the Mondragonese much more. And in these hours the official appointment of Casale as Agis president has arrived. Oh God, it’s not like the Agency is a quiet place. It managed to undermine the peace of mind of the manager Gerardo Palmieri who, in our opinion, has done all sorts of things with the Province’s contracts in the name and on behalf of Giorgio Magliocca and Marcello De Rosa.
Between the former president Agis, the mayor of Arienzo, Peppe Guidaand Palmieri is finished, as they say, to stinking fish.
The manager is horrified at the numbers and operations carried out by Guida, provincial coordinator, even if it doesn’t seem so, of Forza Italia. As far as we know, Palmieri also reported Guida. Okay, but that’s another story and today we’re talking about a deputy mayor of the capital city who goes to get more money thanks to Zannini, evidently enticed by the 800-odd preference votes that Casale received in the last municipal elections.
