FANO – Giro d’Italia effect on the asphalting level which is regaining momentum in recent days. Various roads that will be crossed by the pink caravan, in the Fano appendix of the May 16th stage, which have been included in the list communicated by the councilor for public works Brunori. On this front, work had already been done on Viale XII Settembre and Viale Gramsci, where the arrival point will be located approximately at the height of the “Paolini” barracks.

The intervention involved leveling works on the elevations represented by the traffic islands and the islands in correspondence with the pedestrian crossings and the anomalous roundabout located at the intersection with via Cavour and via Montegrappa. A similar intervention had already been carried out at the foot of Viale Battisti, where work continues to complete the redevelopment of the Ancona side of the service road and from where the runners will head towards the finish line. To reach the finish line they will have to pass via Cavallotti. On the outskirts, however, the surface of via Patuccia will be redone, along which you will climb up to Monte Giove for the tear that could also prove decisive for the fate of the hamlet. But men and vehicles are also concentrating on via Campanella, in the stretch from the roundabout at the intersection with Strada Località Chiaruccia to the one at the intersection with the Provincial Cerbara, on via VI Strada, in Chiaruccia, on via I Strada, from via Einaudi until it intercepts via V Strada, and on via Roma, in the section from the roundabout at the intersection with Via Brigata Messina up to the one at the intersection with the Interquartieri.

Via della Liscia

An integral part of the route is also via della Liscia, which the Giro d’Italia group will tackle coming from via della Giustizia, after having traveled along viale Italia, and which has been placed at the top of the week’s agenda, while on via Nazario Sauro, which it will be taken from the Liscia to then reach Viale Adriatico along the port, it will only operate on the service roads.

Going beyond the interventions linked to the Giro d’Italia, but remaining in the area, the asphalting of Via Ruggeri, which has often been requested, has been confirmed by June, while the asphalting of the car park adjacent to the Sport Park is considered already financed, even if postponed to September. Finally, the asphalting of via dello Scalo, via Bramante, via Bragadin and via Tombari is imminent.
