After almost a month, the survival clash between Settevile and Atletico Lodigiani ended. The match was interrupted at the end of the first 45 minutes of play due to a muscle problem reported by the referee, Carucci. We then restarted from 2-1 in favor of the guests, thanks to goals from Stella and Demofonti. Score that did not change until the end. After 10 minutes into the second half, the first ring came from Atletico Lodigiani with a long-range shot from Demofonti which did not worry the goalkeeper. Setteville tries to shake things up, and in the 15th minute they equalize with Tariciotti, but the referee cancels it for a touch of the hand. The match is full of few emotions and many contrasts, 5 minutes from the end Setteville comes close to equalising, with a right-footed shot from outside the area by Nargiso that grazes the crossbar. In the tense final, Atletico were left with 10 men due to the expulsion of Caso (who entered during the match) but managed to resist the home team’s forcing and took home 3 fundamental points for the fight for survival. This victory allows the red and whites to overtake their direct opponents, and to be able to hope for access to the play outs.
