Not a competition but a contest. Here is the “tool” through which, thanks to reels, videos, speeches, graphics, the Municipality of Molfetta will try to intercept new ideas inspired by the environmental issues of young citizens who are just starting out in life, the students. The “Environment and future” contest, which involved all the city’s high schools, was born from the desire to restore the concept of active citizenship in the creative minds of students with the tools used every day by children, social media.
Students from all Molfetta schools will have the opportunity to participate by sending the contents created by April 26th.
«We cannot think about the future without the involvement of young people, of tomorrow’s citizens. It is important to collect their requests and their expectations, hence the importance of this contest that we wanted to propose to schools, true hotbeds of young talents”, the Mayor’s comment, Tommaso Minervini.
The best works, one for each institute, will be rewarded during a major final event which will be held in the summer and will offer a rich prize for the individual student or for the groups who have created the best product.

The initiative is carried out by the Municipality of Molfetta, by the environmental department, with the collaboration of sector experts.
