Two events dedicated to running in nature and dancing on May 1st in Bitonto – BitontoLive.it

The day dedicated to Labor Day will be characterized in Bitonto by two events attracting fans of trail running and dance, both sponsored by the Municipality.

The event will take place in the evocative setting of the Bitonto Woods fifth edition of the BiTrail, trail running race included in the national Fidal calendar with bronze classification. The event is organized by Asd Bitonto Sportiva. The race route develops on dirt tracks, all inside the forest, for a total of 15 kilometers and with a height difference of 375 metres. The meeting of the participating athletes is set for 7am in Mariotto in Lamione, the starting and arrival point of the race, which will start at 9am.

It will last two days, however “City of Bitonto” dance festival organized by the Asd Accademia DAS (Dance, Art, Entertainment). The program of the event, created on the occasion of the International Dance Day which is celebrated every year on April 29th, includes the holding of annual exams and some dance internships by the students of the DAS Academy in the presence of high-level masters and choreographers. national and international (full day of May 1st and morning of May 2nd at the PalaBorsellino) and the final gala with the award ceremony for the most deserving students (afternoon of May 2nd at the Traetta theater). Access to the final gala is free with invitation.
